A Surprise Playdate

Lizzie and Nate stopped by for an impromptu playdate. I love watching Lizzie mother Nate - she's a pro. I take notes. She also had Caleb standing by himself.

Sarah enjoying the table from Amy and some loving from Lizzie.
Caleb enjoying Dad's lap.

Nate enjoying the tunnel.
And a fire truck which he shared very nicely with Caleb.
We also had a visit from Grandma who to got to see some of Sarah's new poses. She's getting better and better at crawling every day.

Tuesday Fun

We all had a great day today. Matt got up with the little ones and let me sleep in (yay!), Papa Ron AND Aunt Amy visited. And I got word that I may be re-employed soon. Woo hoo! I didn't get any pictures of Ron and Sarah (Caleb was sleeping) but he was quite smitten with the little doll. She obliged with lots of poses. Amy fed Sarah her lunch - cuteness.

Amy feeding Sarah yogurt and then avacado and banana.

Caleb chilling with Barbara. I'm so lucky to have found Barbara - she's a great asset to our family. The babies LOVE her.

9 month check up outtakes

I tried to get some cute photos of the babies after their 9 month check up. Here are the outtakes:

I then tried the floor - safer than the chair, at least:

Oh well. Will try to get some cute shots tomorrow...

Sarah posing

Since Sarah learned to crawl about a month ago, she's also learned to pose. She's a total supermodel. Try to ignore my annoying voice and think of the song "I'm too Sexy" (Right Said Fred) -- can you believe I remember that?

9 month check up

We went to the pediatrician today for Caleb and Sarah's 9 month check up. All is well, no shots this time because they both have a cold. Caleb is 30 inches tall and 18 lbs (95% and 10% respectively). Sarah is 29 1/2 inches long and is 18 lbs, 12 ounces (95%/50%). I tried to get a cute picture of them today but couldn't. Maybe I'll post the outtakes later....

Lil Pumpkins

We went to a local farm yesterday to get some apples and pumpkins. We only went home with donuts and some Indian corn (it was a zoo). Matt is going back today to get us some pumpkins.

New Haircut and sick babies

I chopped off my hair today. Seemed like a good idea at the time. Less hair pulling, for sure. Babies are sick with stuffy noses so I decided to call today a PJ Day.
